Annual Cincinnati Investor's Field Trip
Join us for our second annual investor's field trip to Cincinnati (8/25 - 9/1). This will be the
2nd year running for this event and we will be bringing along a group of 40 investors to check out the city and network.
A few highlights of last year's trip were:

Networking: The group met with many of the Best Ever Real Estate Investing group, which led to a partnership for our 8-unit in Northside Cincinnati.

Education: The trip featured a lineup of speakers to share more about real estate investing, particularly in Cincinnati

Visiting current Projects: Staying at @ChateauSherman, Fractional's first deal closed in Cincinnati, and got to walk our 8-unit rehab on Montgomery!

Fun: Participants visited the sights of Cincy, enjoyed the nation's largest Oktoberfest, and went to a Bengals game
